Roger-Zhang, Found
Roger has an outstanding track record of managing hundreds of products over the past 18 years. His expertise spans product design, development, and the ability to customize processes to meet specific customer needs.
Before founding TorchMold, Roger served as a project manager, leading projects for world-renowned companies such as GE Healthcare, Philips, BMW, and Audi.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics from Shenzhen University and a Master’s degree in Management and Entrepreneurship (MEI) from Tsinghua University.
Lin-Li, VP Marketing
Lin with over 12 years of experience in prototype and mold sales, I have a deep understanding of the importance of quality and reliability, particularly during the product design and manufacturing stages.
A strong sense of responsibility and extensive professional knowledge have enabled me to work across a wide tonnage range, from 60T to 3500T, and to build long-term relationships with clients.
I am fully committed to providing the best service possible, striving for win-win cooperation and mutual success.
Ruby, Sales & Business Development Director
Ruby has 5 years of experience in oversea sales department,
responsible for the prospecting of new customers and market development work,
The establishment and maintenance of new market sales channels. She can quick understanding clients requirement and smooth communication, her natural sales ability and experience as a qualified sales meet our clients satisfaction
Bella, Sales & Business Development Director
Bella has over 8 years of experience in mold sales. She has completed rigorous company training, possesses solid knowledge of mold fundamentals, and communicates effectively with clients in English.
Known for her kindness and warm personality, Bella responds quickly and efficiently to both pre-sales and after-sales inquiries. She firmly believes that attention to detail determines success, and the projects she has managed have consistently received high praise from clients.
Her dedication and service quality have earned lasting trust and satisfaction from customers around the world.
Long, Industrial Design Director
Long has over 15 years of experience as a product designer. Before joining TorchMold, he served as a Senior Industrial Designer at Peking Mold, where he led major design projects.
Prior to that, he worked independently as an interior and industrial designer, serving clients across the consumer products, medical devices, and commercial sectors.
Long holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Harbin Institute of Technology.
Rachel ,Position is merchandiser.
Mainly responsible for follwing up the progress of the project,
and deliver satis factory goods to customers on schedule.
Also familiar with the iomport and export of goods prcess.
Graduated from henan institute of finance and economics,
information engineering department of computer network technology.
